Shipping & Fees
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Any transaction or processing fees (such as credit card fees) associated with the original purchase will not be refunded and are also the customer’s responsibility.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping and transaction fees) to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
